Recently published reports reveal that the court has ordained the federal appeals court to re-examine its ruling in favor of CBS Corp. in a legal fight over the ill-famed Superbowl malfunction that left Jackson’s breast exposed on Live! Television in 2004.

Last year the appeals court charged a bashing $550,000 fine that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) had imposed on CBS over the incident. This ill-famed incident also involved Justin Timberlake and MTV.

However, CBS has said the Supreme Court’s decision is not surprising on the grounds of considering a ruling that narrowly preserved the FCCs policy against one-time uses of curse words on live television last week.

I think it’s a good attempt. The verdict the Supreme Court has given will be an effective one to check out who the guilty is.

at least they gave chances.. it’s actually unintentional and who would have thought it will happen. i think neither J wants it to happen.. well, i just hope this issue will soon be corrected and both parties will have their share of peace.
