Rodney Jerkins Signed Up Contract For MTV Show “Starmaker”

Award-winning songwriter/producer Rodney Jerkins has reportedly contracted for the MtV hosted and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs joint venture series “Starmaker” !

Jerkins, well known as the famous author and producer of hits for Brandy and Mary J. Blige, is going to join the approaching series as a judge who will decide who will have the sole power to decide that who is the aspiring recording stars and who will win a recording contract.

“Starmaker,” following Diddy’s successful “Making the Band” series follows a group of aspiring solo artists who will fight in a tough competition to win a record deal with Bad Boy and the opportunity to have Jerkins produce one or two songs for their debut.

Starmaker contestants will perform in front of an audience each week for properly handling photoshoots, paparazzi and other tasks.

Jerkins leads the panel of three regular judges on the series.
