Rihanna Getting her Jewelry Back, While Brown’s Hearing Is Postponed

As the current situation says, the case between Chris Brown and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna will continue to prolong.

Today, L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg declared for a delay, setting the next hearing set for May 28, on a request from Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos.
Geragos, also postulated the judge for ordering LAPD to turn over the investigative reports on the leaked photo, which exhibited Rihanna’s injuries.
Rihanna, who was wearing $1.4 mil in borrowed jewelry on the night of the supposed beating, appealed to the judge that the jewels could go back to their rightful owners. In this connection, all sides agreed that the items were to be photographed by the LAPD before handing them over, just in case the jewels are needed in court.
Rihanna could be summoned to attest – so that the court can determine if there’s enough evidence for a trial, reports People. If that hearing goes forward, it will happen within eight court days of May 28.
I can’t understand why they are delaying. And Rihanna is getting too much exposure as an innocent girl. The fans are waiting eagerly for the result of the hearing. I wish Chris all the best.
