The reports issued recently said that, Jackson’s proposal to put a halt to the auction and the items returned failed Friday however, the judges ruling is unlikely to be the last word on who ends up with the items.

After the “proceed” order of the judges is handed down, auctioneer Darren Julien told reporters “We have to proceed because we have no choice.

The reports of the judges has related that Julien’s Auction house has reportedly spent more than $2 million on account of arranging the sale of the Jackson’s items and now if the sale was stopped it could be insolvent.

However, a different verdict is anticipated to come down from a different judge on April 15 due to the injunction filed by the singer’s company MJJ Productions.
