Expected to make new waves of success atop worldwide charts, U2’s new album, “No Line on the Horizon,” is widely expected to be on top of the charts this Wednesday, when official sales figures are posted!

U2’s latest effort, the album “No Line on the Horizon,” which is their first since their 2004 “How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb,” is expected to sell around 500,000 copies on its release.

Released on March 3 in the US, and on March 2 everywhere else, “No Line on the Horizon,” will be promoted with many of their performances and promotional events worldwide which includes their stop at the Grammies, and a never-before-seen five night show on the’ “Late Show with David Letterman” on CBS.

U2 manager, Paul McGuinness, recently told Reuters that “Every time we release a record, you have to make the band again. That’s the same as it ever was. We find a new audience with each record. That’s really important. It’s deliberate. That’s the ambition.”
