It seems from the activities of the concert promoters that they do not bother if T-Pain is terrorized with death and kidnapping threats for a big show he was booked to do in Guyana.

T-Pain
The promoters plan to sue the ‘Auto-Tune’ star for a reported $5 million without taking into consideration Pain’s life risk.
After receiving such anonymous threats over telephone and e-mail, T-Pain denied to perform in the show. After he canceled the show, T-Pain and his promotion company Chase Entertainment have been arraigned with the charge of breach of contract lawsuit by executives at Hits and James Entertainment.
According to Hits and James Entertainment, T-Pain’s sudden cancellation caused chaos for them. They also doubt the veracity of the death threats, which Pain is talking about. They reported that the “Auto-Tune” star actually made huge demands for his tour rider, which included plane tickets for an entourage of 12, a four star hotels, a private jet, and FBI protection.
However, the Pain camp reported that Chase Entertainment has already returned $75,000, which they received as advance . David Abram’s of Chase Entertain says:” We feel horrible about not being able to play the concert. We are going to do what needs to be done to make this right with the promoters. They’re a good company. We’re a good company.”

I have heard that Hits and James Entertainment went to Broward Circuit Court in Florida on Monday (Mar. 23). Not only the breach of law, Hits and James Entertainment also charged Pain for libel and defamation. Is it true that they have asked for damages and legal costs? Do you know anything more about this?
