Akon finds inspiration from the Euro Club style on ‘Freedom’

Expect to hear some all new Euro-Club inspired sounds on Akon’s new album “Freedom” which hits stores and online retailers early next month on 2nd December 2008.

The artist who gained popularity with his former album “Smack That”, admits that he had to change the sound up a lot on this album; but you can still expect to see a number of signature ‘Konvict’ songs on it, as promised.

Helping out on the album are rappers Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy and T-Pain who is featured on the single “Holla Holla”, along with the lead single “Right Now (Na Na Na)” showcases the new sounds Akon has brought to this new inspiration. Plans are being made for Akon to go on a promotional tour for “Freedom” early next year.
