“I Am…Sasha Fierce” conquers Billboard 200 for Beyonce

Beyonce conquered the Billboard 200 albums chart on Wednesday, with her album “I Am…Sasha Fierce,” making an entrance at No 1.The album which features hits like “If I Were A Boy” and “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” sold 482,000 copies in the United States just falling short of the 541,000 copies her previous album “B-Day” sold in 2006, according to Nielsen Soundscan.

Meanwhile, Slim, formerly of 112 moved 27,000 copies of “Loves Crazy” to settle at the No 32 spot. Slim’s album features stars like Faith Evans, Ryan Leslie, and Yung Joc

    I knew that her album “I Am…Sasha Fierce,” would make it to the number one spot. I hope that it stays there for a long time now. There are so many singers who are turning green at her success. One such example is Kelly who has come with this own version of If I were a girl.
