Question:

I am having problems viewing the TV channel.

Answer:

1. Firstly, you will need to have a broadband Internet connection to watch the TV channel. You will be unable to view it properly via a dial-up connection.

2. Make sure you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash on your PC. If you don’t have the latest flash player installed you can download it for free here:

Get Adobe Flash Player

3. Some viewers tell us that they can view the TV channel better using the Firefox browser. If you have never heard of Firefox I can tell you it is a very robust browser that many are now using instead of or as well as Internet Explorer and its available for free here:

Firefox 3

4. Most times if the picture on the TV channel freezes, just give it a few seconds. It usually readjusts it’s self and starts playing again within 60 seconds. Sometimes it may rebuffer 2 or 3 times before re-starting again properly.

5. If after 1 minute of the TV channel freezing or getting stuck it does not restart, then click on the on/off button in the bottom left hand corner of the TV Player. This will turn the channel off. Then click on the white on/off symbol in the middle of the TV channel to turn the TV on again.

6. If you continue to have problems after following all these tips, then it means that we’re most probably carrying out service and maintenance work on our servers, so just give it a few hours and try tuning in again soon.

We will be adding more questions and answers to this FAQ Page over the next few weeks so keep checking back.
